Sir,
Having received no reply to my letter of the 18th instant calling attention to the rumored departure of Mr. Foodman and her purtice Wire and, at my request, that a telegram be sent directing them to Remain until an inquiry was made into the false, aging and perjured accusations which they have been instrumental in bringing against me,
I have been constantly waiting for, I take the liberty of asking what steps have been taken in the matter.
